Items were poorly packaged in a free Post Office box with one small piece of bubble wrap. Box was thin and items were not individually wrapped. Box was crushed and items plastic jewel cases were damaged. Contacted YD by web message and received email response with message in the title line to make a claim with the shipper UPS. Second time this happened. Miraculously the first shipment items were not damaged. I will think twice before buying from YD again.
