Refund policy

 

You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect item), we'll cover the return shipping costs. Defective items or those with manufacturing defects are handled through the manufacturer's warranty programs, with a copy of our invoice required.  With a return or order cancellation you will be responsible for the credit cards fees as they are not refundable.

Refunds are typically processed within four weeks after we receive your return. This timeframe includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), our processing time (3 to 5 business days), and your bank's processing time for the refund (5 to 10 business days).
